About the Support Groups

We are pleased to offer an ongoing Support Group for Seniors, a welcoming space where older adults can connect, share their experiences, and find encouragement within a compassionate community. Originally designed as a 12‑week program, the group has now been extended indefinitely in response to the positive engagement and meaningful connections participants have built together. The group provides a supportive environment for discussing life changes, emotional well‑being, relationships, and the unique challenges and joys that come with aging. Participants are invited to join at any time, and all are welcome to take part in open conversation, mutual support, and continued personal growth. Transportation is not provided at this time.

Our goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered. Whether someone is looking for practical strategies, emotional encouragement, or simply meaningful conversation with others who understand their journey, this group provides a place to belong.

Coming Soon

We plan to begin a group in Sedona as well.  More information to come.
